About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any project we do together. Each project also has a written plan. If the plan and these terms ever disagree, the plan wins.

Using this website

Everything on this site is general information, not advice for your specific business. Please don't copy our content, try to break the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Free calls and plans

The first call and the written plan are free, with no obligation to go ahead. A plan's price is valid for 30 days from the day we send it.

Projects and pricing

• Every project has a fixed price, set out in the plan.

• We invoice 50% before we start and 50% when the automation goes live.

• Invoices are due within 14 days.

• If you'd like something that isn't in the plan, we'll quote it separately before doing any work.

What we need from you

To keep a project on time, we need access to the right tools, one person who can answer questions, and honest information about how your business works. If things are delayed on your side, our dates may move too.

Who owns the work

Once you've paid in full, you own the automations, workflows and documentation we create for you. We keep the general skills and know-how we used, so we can use them for other clients. Third-party tools stay under their own licences.

Third-party tools and AI

Automations run on tools made by other companies, and those tools have their own terms and costs. You pay for your own subscriptions. We can't control their outages or product changes, but we'll help you work around them.

AI can make mistakes. We build in checks, but please review anything important before it goes out.

Support and fixes

For 30 days after launch, we fix anything that doesn't work as described in the plan, at no charge. After that, ongoing support is available as an optional monthly plan.

Confidentiality

We'll keep your business information private, and we ask the same of you for our pricing and methods. We'll only mention you as a client if you say we can.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data held in third-party tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending a project

Either of us can end a project with 14 days' written notice. You'll pay for the work done up to that point, and we'll hand over everything built so far.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts will handle any disputes.
